Axle Hub, four bolt H-2584

Description

4 bolt hub assembly kit, with nut.
Fits most hydrogear hydrostats, 1ZT, EZT, CIZT

Replaces H-2569.

Note. When installing:
1. Check the splines on the axle and clean with a triangle file.

2.Ensure that the hug and axle are clean and dry.
Install permanent type locktite on the splines only ( Do not put loctite on the bolt threads. This will require heat to remove in the future.)
Torque the new nut to 250 ft/lbs with a torque wrench. Hold the hub with a bar between the stubs while torquing the nut.
Wait for twenty-four hours for the loctite to set up.

Please note that hub is not warranted against stripping, as we have no way of knowing the condition of your axle. We have had good success using this procedure.
